Currently working with small to medium businesses to improve their user experiences through thoughtful interface (UI) and digital designs.

Design has always been a big part of my life. Growing up in a family of engineers, thinking beyond how things are built to also understand the experiences they create was my way of rebelling.

This led me to study a Bachelor of Design (Hon) at the University of NSW where I majored in Interaction and Graphic design. After graduating, I honed my craft working in branding and marketing design where I developed a keen eye for detail, a flair for design thinking, and an ability to work with multidisciplinary teams to accomplish big goals.

As my career progressed, I found myself becoming fascinated with how people were *interfacing* with my designs; how they made them feel, what meaning they conveyed, and whether that aligned with what the design was trying to accomplish. I realised I wasn’t just interested in how designs looked but also how they worked in the real world.

Thinking about the user experience became integral to my design process.

This brought me to complete a certification in User Experience and User Interface design to refresh my knowledge and learn about the latest industry trends.

Equipped with my new capability, I’m now looking to apply my design expertise to create product experiences that make a meaningful difference to people’s lives.

Outside of the design studio, I’m either soaking up the sun ☀️ at the beach, discovering new tunes 🎵, being a book worm, 📚🐛 or trying to improve my tennis skills 🎾.
